We ask customers to give us 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to process orders. We are a small but mighty team who is working hard Monday - Friday 11am-5pm
Missing packages that say " delivered " due to an error via USPS or UPS are NOT MindfulFee's responsibility. You will need to file a claim via the carriers website as we have no way to track where their mistake went wrong. If your package says " delivered " and has yet to arrive, we do recommend giving It 2 business days as sometimes the package shows up a few days later without explanation of carrier. If we could Hand deliver everyones packages, we would but unfortunately we can't so please reach out to the carrier.

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders for store credit only if damaged. Please note that all custom orders, sale items and undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. All returned/exchanged items must be in resalable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in tact.

NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information.
If you are exchanging an item you MUST include a pre-paid shipping label within your package for us to ship your package back to you. MindfulFee is NOT responsible for shipping Fees unless It is a mistake within an order on our behalf.
If you are exchanging for a different size within our 5 day policy, MindfulFee cannot hold sizes while waiting on your return. Our items are first come first serve. If the item becomes out of stock while we wait on your return, we can give you store credit only. To secure your size, you can purchase the corrected size so you don't miss out if It goes out of stock. Once we receive your item, we can issue your store credit and ship out replacement if in stock.
Duties/Taxes/Customs are not applied in the shipping fees and may be charged separately upon delivery!
